Our New Blessing...

Welcome to the world,

Lily Kate

We have waited patiently for your arrival. You came in the Lord's time and not ours, as everything should. You were worth waiting for. You are beautiful and perfect and we are already in love with you. We are so thankful to be a part of your life.

On Saturday, while we were celebrating Claudia's 9th birthday, our Amy and Ryan were at the hospital experiencing their 2nd miracle as parents. We were very sad to not be there with them. We anxiously awaited every text and celebrated as progress was made. We got the wonderful news that Lily Kate had made her debut and all was well just as Claudia was opening presents. We did a quick clean up and headed to meet this new blessing.

Gracie Lyn was very curious about her new baby sister. We missed all of this part with Gracie and we were so thankful to experience the first day with Lily Kate.

Precious hands...where will Gracie's hands lead this little one as they grow up together?

This has always been the desire of Amy's heart...to be a mommy. She is a wonderful mommy, as I knew she would be. These angels are so blessed to have Amy and Ryan for parents.

Today she is headed home.
