Accidental Greatness

Our neighbor has this beautiful tree that turns yellow in the fall. It is just above a charming rock wall in his yard. Every year I think I will take the kids there and take pictures but never seem to get it done before the leaves are gone. This year I finally followed through and caught the tree just before all of the leaves were gone. The end result was accidental greatness. I even pulled our Christmas card picture and the picture for the grandparents' canvases from this fast 10 minute photo shoot.

This is the one I used for our Christmas card. I did it in black and white and it was so cute!
