First PC Event

Claudia was invited to join the Performance Company at her dance studio back in the summer. Since then, they have worked on learning two dances they will use for performances throughout the year and this summer on their trip to Cocoa Beach, Florida. Her very first actual PC performance was in February. They performed at half time during a Southern Union basketball game. Claudia was excited and a tad nervous. We've always done light make up for her dance recitals but for PC, she has to do full make up. I thought she turned out simply beautiful from head to toe.

Their first dance was "Boyfriend" where they dress like boys. Complete with baggy jeans, baggy open button down, and flat bill cap. They were cute in their hats!

Claudia and Gracie before the games.

Claudia and Tori...

Joseph rode with us and Cooper was so excited to have a pal there for him.

Claudia and Anna, one of our favorite high school girls...

Addie and Gracie, our cousins, were also there to support Claudia. The Bison kept coming over to see them.

Aunt Connie and Sydney also came. Aunt Connie really wanted Sydney to have her picture made with the Bison but of course Sydney was mortified and embarrassed by her mother. Claudia was thrilled they came to watch.

Here they go...

Claudia is near the back on the far right of the picture.

The younger group moves to the front for a section of the dance...

The final pose...

Her next dance was "Fashion is my Kryptonite"
She loves this costume the most.

Paw and Nana came to watch...

Granny came to watch!

Along with Uncle Sam, Aunt Andie, Trent, and Devon...

This dance is only the 4,5, & 6th grade girls in PC...

I was so excited to watch Claudia in her first PC event. PC is a big commitment for the entire family but it is worth it to see her do something she loves so much. I am so proud of her! There was never an opportunity for anything like this for me as a child so I am thrilled God allows us to provide this for our girl.
