Oh What A Night...

To say that we enjoyed our night with Amy & Ryan would be a big understatement! It was so wonderful.. Just look at the joy on Claudia & Cooper's faces. Having Amy & Ryan here is just "right" in our world. Having them far away feels totally wrong and it has been hard to get used to. Knowing they will soon be gone again reminds me to treasure every single second we have together. I didn't do housework, we didn't rush baths, we didn't do laundry, the dishwasher needs unloading, etc. but we did not care...all we cared about was soaking them in and not missing a minute while they were here. I was sad to see them go but it sure was a blessing to have them. I think of how many times they have been here and I have taken that time for granted and been in and out doing this and that but not anymore. Now time stands still when they are here and we just enjoy the blessing of time with our precious friends.

Amy's little tummy has grown and she has the glow of a beautiful mommy. We are super excited about this precious baby!

Claudia made really good use of her time with Ryan by having him toss her around all night. She also flipped off of his lap about a thousand times. I'm not sure who loved it more, Ryan or Claudia!

Just hanging out with Claudia playing with Ryan's phone. Claudia & Cooper are crazy about Ryan's phone.

Cooper playing Santa...telling Rudolph to "giddy up"!

Cooper stood on the fireplace and told us he had a "renouncement" to make!
We are so thankful for this priceless gift of time with our friends. God knew we needed that! We love them more than anything and we treasure every minute we have with them now. We won't take time with them for granted ever again! Thank you Lord for sweet friends and for blessing us with a night together. We are truly thankful to you for these blessings!
This was the most wonderful way to start a week of giving thanks!
