Last night there were indeed showers of blessings at our house. Shortly after we got home, Amy & Gracie Lyn came and we got to meet a little angel for the first time. I took over 100 pictures of this precious baby and these are a few of my favorites. Amy went to the cantata at church with Chad and Claudia after we had dinner and Cooper and I got keep this sweet girl all to ourselves. Shortly after they got to church, the church number showed up on caller ID and I was proclaimed to be a baby hog...you got that right! I am not ashamed!

Claudia was in love and Gracie was so happy playing on Claudia's bed.

It only took a few seconds of this face for us to all be in love!

Even Cooper got in on the loving! Think he could ever stand to be a big brother? This little angel could make me want a baby!

Oh how her Aunt Lyn loves this face!

Uncle Chad was smitten too! At the end of the night, he stretched out in his recliner with her on his chest asleep, just like he always did with our babies. It looked so natural to see a baby there and it made me wonder how it went so quickly and ours are no longer on their daddy's chest asleep...

Cooper loved giving her kisses...but when she cried, he would want me to get her to sleep!

I think they will be wonderful friends...

Oh precious Gracie Lyn, you will never know the JOY that being with you brought us. You may never understand how much we love you and you may never know just how much we wish we could spend every day with you. We miss you everyday and we LONG to be with you. You and your mommy and daddy are more than our friends, you are part of our family.
