We had lunch on the back porch of The Back Porch. This was the view from our table. By the time we got to lunch, the rain had stopped. A short distance down the beach there was an ambulance, sheriff's car, life guards, and a huge crowd. We were really afraid someone might have drowned but we never heard what happened. There was a red flag but lots of people in the rough surf and some people were even surfing pretty far out.
Our new friends went to lunch with us.
I had a pretty handsome date myself!
After lunch we did a little shopping while the rain came and went. When it finally seemed to really be over, we went down to the pool. We chatted with a sweet couple from Memphis who had two cute little girls. Cooper was a little smitten with them! They are getting ready to plan their first Disney trip so I was in heaven chatting with the mom while the dads manned the pool and hot tub! We swam for a long time and then ordered McAlister's for a late dinner. It was a great last day! By the time we got in and got our dinner, the rain was back and it was blowing in the condo when the door was open. We were so thankful for the few hours we had gotten in that evening!
